Delivery options

We offer a range of affordable delivery options to suit any requirement. We work in partnership with couriers like UPS and Parcelforce who strive to take great care of your purchase in transit to ensure safe delivery.

We work closely with the majority of the UK 's IT Distributors to ship on our behalf directly to you.

Orders normally received by 4.30pm for in-stock items should be despatched the same business day. Certain large items may not be available for Next Business Day delivery.

Delivery Charges to UK Mainland (Excludes NI & Scottish Highlands)

Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next  following working day.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box Address. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged and reported to customer services immediately on 01509 274500 or to customerservices@primoit.co.uk

A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service immediately.
